Bought a Samsung S10e at the shop with 429 in late Oct (mint top condition). They are slightly higher than other shops but I bought another phone for my friend before in the shop so I trusted their quality.
Used it for 2nd backup phone. I used it with care and not even drop once, the phone condition is like the same when I bought it. Suddenly after just a month, the phone become no display. The phone still operated behind (could hear ringstone, alarm, etc.). Too bad warranty only 14 days! Drop them a text and they said they will send the phone to their technician to check. I wasn't no so worry first, the digital hospital is under their brand. Worst case, the screen would need to be replace. A quick google check, many shop replaced the phone screen at 188, Samsung put it 252.
After a few days, they replied the screen needed to replaced with around 370$. Seriously 370? It's almost near the phone price at their shop.
I put my complain via fb and google. After one day, they asked for the phone condition before and they checked for the repair quote again. Delete the commend first.
A few days later, they replied they offered to take another phone with 50% off another phone if repairing it the price is still very HIGH because the screen model is RARE. NVM enough trust! I took back the phone and repaired it at another shop. Working fine until now.
NEVER AGAIN for this shop!
